I think she's expressing in her fashion sense the ambivalence most Seattlites are having toward this season. She's prepared for the cold, but hopeful some warm rays will appear after all: fashionable boots, woolly mitten, leather jacket, and tights for cooler than seasonal temps, yet a scalloped mini hemline holding out hope for possible error in the forecast for SNOW! In April! Alas, that mitten came in useful as snow won out and the north end of Seattle saw quite a bit of the white stuff fall last evening. Wishing all who celebrate it this evening a glowing and warm start to Passover.
This "Bob shot" is dedicated to Sally of Sydney Daily Photo who is celebrating two years in the daily blogosphere. Let's all head over to her beach party and help her blow out her blogoversary candles.
