At the Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park, the glowing artwork panels called "Seattle Cloud Cover" are under a backdrop of nighttime Seattle cloud cover. The Park is now one year old and much enjoyed by city residents and visitors. That's a speeding train in the right lower corner. . .well, actually a lumbering freight train, but moving! And I notice the "SAM" letters are a new addition to the end of the cantilevered overlook with the bell underneath.
