The view from Betty Bowen Outlook was crisp and clear this winter day (although not today. . .sigh). The Olympic Mountains were somewhat shrouded in swirling cloud. A tanker sits on Elliott Bay near the Magnolia neighborhood. The Magnolia Bridge is visible to the right. I took this shot with my iPhone.
