A rare sun break on a cold and wet day gave this weird light effect looking up Yale Place E in the Eastlake neighborhood. This contemporary concrete street is atypical for Seattle with its stream of runoff flowing down the center. The sunlight hit the wet pavement creating a quality of light that made near silhouettes of the people getting out between showers to walk their dogs. Their bright jackets magically appear, just as I saw it through the camera. This is my 650th post! Thanks for checking out the view at SDP each day!
